all clients will have an initial consult (in person or via phone) with style renew to determine the best service/s applicable. style renew will consider your circumstances, budget and what you would like to achieve. service/s can be tailored customers if they have special needs or requirements.

what are style renew’s payment terms?

a 50% deposit is requested at time of booking your appointment, followed by your balance to be transferred on the day of your appointment.

how do I pay for my service/s with style renew?

payments be paid via direct transfer or apple pay id at the time of your initial consultation with style renew. the balance of your payment will be due prior to commencement of your appointment.

are your service prices excluding gst?

yes, all prices quoted are excluding gst.

what if I live outside of melbourne cbd?

anyone living outside of the melbourne cbd may incur an additional $25 + gst travel cost, and this will be discussed during your initial consultation with style renew. appointments can also be held via facetime or whatsapp if a client lives interstate or lives in a remote location.

what happens if I cannot attend my appointment?

if you are unable to attend your appointment, a 24 hour cancellation notice would be appreciated. style renew understand you or family member can become unwell and unable to attend your appointment. for all appointment cancellations please contact sharon, your deposit will be withheld and used to secure your rescheduled appointment. your rescheduled appointment is preferred to be re-booked within two (2) months of your original appointment date. if your appointment cannot be re-booked within two months, your deposit may be forfeited. personal circumstances will be considered, based on discussions and communication with style renew.

do you offer discounts on any service/s?

if you book a styling session within one (1) month following on from a wardrobe edit, a 10% discount will be applied to your styling session booking.

do you offer your services to people not experiencing peri-menopause?

yes of coarse, style renew is happy to offer wardrobe and styling services to anyone, as per the services outlined on this website.

to ensure that the most effective and appropriate service is recommended, style renew will ask you numerous questions about your career, lifestyle, your body shape and size, and what you would like to improve. all information discussed and provided to style renew is treated and handled with the utmost strictest confidence, and will not be disclosed to a third party, unless written consent is received from the client.
